4. Insights Discovery® Data
When you participate in an Insights Discovery® session, your profile data is processed through Insights Learning and Development Ltd., a global provider headquartered in Dundee, Scotland, and administered in Canada by Insights Learning and Development Canada.
All personal data used for generating your Insights Discovery Personal Profile is securely managed and protected in accordance with PIPA and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Pacific Collaborative Inc. retains only the minimum information required to coordinate your participation and provide follow-up support.

Correct or update inaccurate information
Withdraw consent to receive newsletters or marketing communications at any time
