Matt is a Certified Executive Coach with over 25 years of international business experience supporting leaders to gain clarity, confidence, and alignment with their values and vision. He has led teams across diverse industries, including five Olympic Games, helping leaders navigate complex challenges and unlock their potential. Stella is a bilingual (English/French) coach and educator with over 20 years of experience in leadership and employee development. A seasoned Insights consultant and faculty member, she designs and delivers transformative programs on leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Stella has led large-scale engagement initiatives across industries, consistently improving culture and performance. Based in Winnipeg, Judy serves as Pacific Collaborative’s Central Canada Coordinator. An accomplished executive coach and Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner, she brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience as a CEO, board director, and consultant. As President of Murphy’s Executive Leadership, Judy supports individuals and teams to perform at their best and lead with confidence. Her supportive yet challenging approach helps clients expand self-awareness, strengthen leadership, and create new possibilities. Judy’s work reflects her lifelong commitment to ethical leadership and personal excellence.

Connie is a transformational coach, senior consultant, and OD specialist with over 25 years of experience helping leaders and organisations achieve meaningful change. She specialises in leadership development, cultural transformation, and strategic coaching for executives facing complex challenges. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Professional Certified Coach with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders and teams reach their full potential. An Accredited Insights Facilitator, she specialises in enhancing communication, strengthening team effectiveness, and developing transformational leadership. With a strong HR background spanning public, private, and Indigenous sectors, Diane brings both strategic and practical expertise to her work. A seasoned facilitator and Client Relationship Director with over 25 years of experience in organisational effectiveness and learning development, she has pioneered the use of Insights Discovery across sectors from financial services to heavy industry. Glenda’s strength lies in adapting learning to every audience—whether senior executives, frontline leaders, or operational teams. A recipient of both the Legacy Leadership Award and the Innovation Award, she is recognised for designing collaborative learning experiences that drive real results. Her passion for inspiring lifelong learning shines through in every session she leads.

For Elani, facilitation is about sparking curiosity, building genuine connection, and helping people see themselves and others in new ways. Originally from the Prairies and now based in Calgary, she is a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner with over twenty years in Human Resources, helping everyone from senior executives to front-line employees turn understanding into action. She is inspired by how Insights Discovery combines rigorous psychology with practical language that transforms relationships and strengthens communication. Her style is authentic, approachable, and grounded in real-world experience. Being married to a first responder has deepened her appreciation for resilience, empathy, and calm under pressure—qualities she strives to bring to every session.
