With Insights Discovery, individuals receive a unique opportunity to enhance their self-awareness and deepen their understanding of others. Once our online evaluator is completed, each person receives an Insights Discovery Personal Profile—an insightful tool that brings their results to life. When you’re clear about what drives your own thoughts and behaviour, or what motivates the people in your team, you can strategically tailor your approach for more effective connections and collaboration.

As part of the Insights Discovery journey, you’ll learn Insights Discovery’s four colour model. This makes complex behavioural insights easy to understand, remember, and apply in real-world situations.

The Insights Discovery® Profile

The Insights Discovery Profile is made up of different chapters, each designed to deepen self-awareness and improve how people work together. 

Every individual profile begins with the Foundation Chapter. This gives a general overview of your personality and behaviour style based on the psychology of Dr. Carl Jung and Insights four colour energies. This is the core of the profile, and must be completed before you can move on to any additional chapters.

 The Foundation Chapter includes the following sections:  

  • Overview

  • Key strengths and weaknesses

  • Value to the team

  • Communication

  • Possible blind spots

  • Opposite type

  • Suggestions for development

When to use the Foundation Chapter

The Foundation Chapter is a key starting point that’s relevant to almost any business issue. This could be addressing team dynamics and engagement, change, communication challenges, or leadership development.

By improving self-awareness and emotional intelligence, you create the foundation for a stronger, more productive workforce.
