She is Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (PCC).
Kim’s extensive organizational experience provides her with a clear understanding of the specific challenges facing today’s leaders. As a skilled OD practitioner, Kim consults with leaders to develop strategic initiatives to address challenges and enhance engagement through a variety of learning solutions. She is a skilled and creative adult educator and has developed and deliver customized workshops in areas including: Respectful workplace practices, customer service, personal and leadership development, resolving conflict, team building, and coaching.
As a professional certified coach (PCC), Kim coaches individuals to build their leadership confidence and competence. Kim’s certification and longstanding tenure with the Justice Institute of BC (mediation and negotiation) leads her to be a much sought after expert in the field of Conflict Resolution. Kim has been a coach in conflict resolution for over 18 years assisting learners through skill development and assessment. Kim also coached at The Niagara Institute, Niagara on the Lake in Strategic Negotiations as part of their Leadership Development Program.
Kim completed her Master’s in Applied Behavioural Science at the Leadership Institute of Seattle with a focus on a systems counselling. Her undergrad is in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Kim is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families. Kim brings mindfulness to her counselling practice, engaging clients to become ever more present in their everyday lives. With certification in Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapy (EFT), EMDR and professional development in dealing with grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions, Kim’s knowledge and compassion create a therapeutic environment for you to explore and resolve issues that matter most.
